Ah, one of our greatest traits as humans is empathy, which leads to compassion, and in Hemu's case, forgiveness =3 I hope that came across in just the one page! I think forgiveness is very important ^^

We watched a lovely film the other day, which runs along the same themes as this comic is getting to (it was done better haha).
'My name is Khan', I highly recommend it to anyone! The nice thing about it is that inspite of tackling a nasty subject, it mainly focuses on a funny gentle story with sweet characters, and consistently promotes not being hateful about 9/11 or any of the turmoil thats followed (on both sides).

The film is about a Muslim Indian called 'Rizwan Khan', who lives in America and has 'Aspergers Syndrome' (a mild form of autism). Anyway, because he has Aspergers, he takes his wife literally when she says out of anger after a nasty event, that she will only look at him again if he tells the president 'My name is Khan, and I am not a terrorist'. And so off he goes to do that XD

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2BtgF5i11FY Trailer! It doesnt seem to be a very well known film, so you should all get a hold of it ^_^

I've seen that film! One of the very few to actually make me tear up a little. Especially that 'nasty event'.

Haha, you don't have to thank me for it - I'm just stalking your comic after all. I feel more sorry for Hannah too, I think it's probably because with what she knows, she HAS done the right thing. And not knowing anything is also sympathetic.
